Application Timeline
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Applications should be submitted by Friday, May 30, 2025, for admission to the 2025-26 school year. Space is limited, and applicants will be placed on a waitlist if no space is available when their application is submitted.

DownloadParents applying to enroll their child in Grades 1 - 6 must download the Student Record Release Form, complete it, and submit it with their application.

DownloadClick on the "Pay Now" Button, and you will be transferred to Lakeview Church Donation/Payments Page. Under the "One-Time" section, click on "Fund," and sub-menu will display "Lakeview Christian Academy." On Notes reference what type of fees you are paying and for what student.
